I'm in 2007-2008 right now, i play with the Flyers, this is what I got;

LW
Ilja Kovalchuck
Alex Tanguay
Simon Gagne
Rick Nash
Donald Brashear
Peter Worrell
Keith Tkachuk
Matt Johnson [a real person, just unknown-hes a fighter]
Steve Mckenna[fighter]

C
Vincent Leclaviar
Patrick Marleau
Jason Spezza[sens]
Jarome Halsell[fake]

RW
Jason Sharp [created a player for me, Sharp isnt my real last name]
Marian Gaborik
Branko Radavojavic [i love that guy's name]
Rex Svitov[fake]

D
Chuck Hayes [my cousin who loves hockey-not his real name either]
Ed Jovanovski
Zdeno Chara
Jiri Fischer[have you heard of him? he's a red wing]
Adam Foote
Barret Jackman[Blues]
Randy Miller [fake]
Dale Purinton [fighter-Rangers]

G
Jean-Sebastion Giguere [or, as you know him, Jiggy]
Dan Blackburn [young g whose career will be wasted if he remains a NYR]

I would get rid of Matt Johnson or Steve Mckenna for Todd Fedoruk, but Fedoruk already retired.

When i started, i traded away alot. but now i'd like some of the players back.

Tell me if you like the team, it won 4 cups in a row so far. please feel free to post your team, and write who you think would be good.

I know you will say Joe Thornton, but i just dont like that guy. He's stupid too, what kind of idiot gets an injury from a fight?

EDIT: I made a few trades, sent spezza and chara back to OTT, gott Matheiu Biron [Martin's brother] from florida, and David Legwand from nashville-hes fast as crazy. I Traded 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th picks to boston for Raycroft.

also picked up Kelly buchberger from the FA's i needed a RW fighter, and hes not too bad of a player either.

Gaborik and Sharp are on pace for 80 goals. i'll pplay a few 5 goal game/each to try and break ole 92

There was a site I found about 3 years ago that people posted news like headlines of their NCAA Football dynasties for EA sports. It was kind of fun some people really got in to it.

As for me I play The Rangers, I try to stay as close to the Real ones as possible but I use a created Goalie who is me, I'm a Goalie in real life so it fits. I am kinda middle of the road and so is he.

My best line would be

Jagr
Lindros
Hlavac

Defense

Poti
Tverdovsky

Goalie

Blackburn or me (Snyder) Won the Cup in year 1, Year 2 under way.

DynastyManager.com was the site. It's pretty cool, but who wants to pay for that?

By the way, it says post franchise team, not lineup (not trying to sound rude or anything.)

I'm a goalie too, but when I started my franchise I wanted to be a skater...

And It's easier to find a great goalie than a great skater.
I got Blackburn Giguere and Esche... I don't know who I'd get rid of if I were a goalie, and I don't know who I'd put at RW.

in my franchise i kept everyone who is on the avalanche there, and redid the rosters for all the teams and added the rookies. i won the cup in my first year while on all star.

and my best line right now is

C FORSBERG
LW LILES (cuz i made him a forward)
RW HEJDUK
LD FOOTE
RD VAANENAN
G AEBISCHER

the reason for this being my best line is because of all my injuries

jean-michael liles he is a rookie defensman for the avalanche .. he is sweet

and i made a mistake.. it isnt forsberg as my centerman it is sakic forsberg got injured

you need to read up on your rookies

well you dont need to but you probably should

Why dont you use one post?

If he was such a good rookie, how come nobody's heard of him?

I thought that listing the entire team, many of them that are already known would be boring, but.

Defensemen
Poti
Tverdovsky
Slegr
Malakhov
Kasparatis(Isn't there a cure for that?)
Purinton(The pride of Fort Wayne Indiana)
Rachunek
Mcallister
Boris Mironov( Isn't he with Natasha?)
Bouchard

RW
Bure
McCarthy
Jagr
Carter(Created Indianapolis Ice )

LW
Hlavac
Lacouture
Ortmeyer(Created- Who wouldn't pay money to see a guy named Jed skate?)
Dumba (Created Indianapolis Ice )

C
Messier
Betts
Holik
Lundmark
Lindros
Niewendyk
Nedved ( I kept him )
Gilmore (Created Indianapolis Ice)

G
