I am planning to join XBOX live soon but have some questions?

1. What are the 1st ,2nd, and 3rd best cable internet companies to go with?

2. Can you be online with xbox live playing a game while someone else (My wife) is just surfing the net? Is there a way to split the cable connection for xbox and computer.

3. How difficult is it to register?

4. How difficult is it to navigate on xbox live?

5. How difficult is it to find a friend or start a tournament?

6. Can you always find someone to play ESPN NBA?

7. Can you join Xbox live with the free 2 month trial w/o buying the starter kit? If yes, does that void the free year trial that you get when you buy the starter kit? Is it neccessary to buy the starter kit?

Please answer what you can. Just put the question number before each reply.

THANKS FOR THE HELP GUYS.

Thanks.

About how much is a router? Is that something I would pick up at radio shack? If not, where?

Thanks again

D-Link is a good router to use. I got mine for around $50 Just make sure when getting a router to see the Xbox sign on it first.

Yes, you have to buy the kit.

You don't always have to buy the kit... if you get NBA2k4 new i think it comes with a 3 month subscription anyway.
