Champions’ league? The cream of the crop.

Hey, maybe I shouldn't be the one posting this given all the fuss I seem to have created :) . However, I was thinking that with all the leagues forming, why don't we create a type of champions’ league. I don't mean "Champ's" league 8) , what I mean is why don't we have a league (or little tourney) consisting of the top 30 players. The #1 ranked player (hello millionaire!!!) would be the lowest ranked team like Nashville (I think) and the 30th ranked player would be the best team (Detroit I believe). We could all play under the same rules and we'd play a set amount of games, with a playoff or w/o (depending on if it would be a league or tourney). This would let the top players play one and other on a regular basis. The rankings would change drastically on the completion of every tourney (or season). This would also let players that are up and coming to have a good shot at the top ranked ppl. Players that can't get a game with certain higher rank ppl, will have a chance as long as they stay within the top 30. If some one wanted to pass on the league :cry: we could just skip him and add the next highest player (that is if we get enough of the upper players to join). Anyway just a thought, I’m sure I’ll get some nice replies :wink: .

Just give em the team with the players with the worst left handed wrist shot and have em play against teams with a right glove handed goalie. :D

Ok and then the winner will play the winner out of the top 30 ranked ameteur players.....lol, i'd beat millionare 10-0 in ameteur. seeing how you don't get any computer controlled AI assist in ameteur, you really just need to know how to use all your players.,,,and there's more than just 1 way to score in ameteur,, not just that pull move through the hash marks like in pro.......I'd just like to see how #1 in pro stands up in ameteur....He should be better right??a #1 pro player playing #1 ameteur player? pro should win right? I mean it is ametuer......yah whatever.....i'd like to see that.

Shocka ur an idiot, if i get 10+ games nearly every game on PRO imagine wat i'd do on amateur lol. And u obviously dont pay much attention as many of my goals come from one timers. And i'm not like you and shoot from anywhere, thats how u get your shots. I only shoot if i have a chance of scoring, not from my own goal line. Ur just moanin cuz u suck and can only beat ppl on amateur cuz u can score from anywhere like a noob

How would you decide when to lock in the top 30?

The rankings fluctuate so much that you could have 20 different people flip-flop between positions 20-40 in any one day.

Well if enough ppl liked the idea :) (the top ten or 15 ppl) we could announce a date for lock down. This message would be given a week in advance; the top 30 would lock at say 12am on a Saturday. From there the top 50 teams would be wrote down and people would be asked if there're in according to rank (a check in system). Something like that.
