Bertuzzi suspension

What do you guys think about Bertuzzi. Should he be suspeded for the rest of the season?? I think he should be suspended for the rest of the season and pay a large fine. He should be able to play next season and I dont think the police should get involved. :?: :?: :?: :?: :?:
