For online play on a PS2, yes.
For online play on an Xbox, yes with reservations. The xbox version has a few glitches (money not saving correctly, host migration problems) that can be real pains. It's still the best poker game out there though and I still have fun playing as do others.
For single player, I can't tell you as I have never played it offline.

I agree with EG, Great game but the Xbox version can be frustrating as you money is rarely saved!
