Ravens re-sign key players in there Division title run ...

The Ravens have taken to re-signing some of the Key Players who helped bring the team there first ever division title!!
The team has had a busy off season so far and now have re-signed K matt stover to a 5 year contract as well as

He was the QB that after Starter Kyle Boller went down he stepped up and brought Baltimore Fans there first title ....His most impressive game came down against the seahawks down by 17 in the 4th he led a all out comeback and the Ravens went on to win in OT.....he threw 4 td's that day and kept Baltimore in 1st place.



another key to the team was o-line member Orlando Brown

He is one of the members of the Baltimore p-line that helped Jamal Lewis lead the NFL in rushing and almost break the all time rushing record..
he was also the man that got a 15 yard roughing call against the Titans in The playoffs that helped The Titans get good field position and get the winning FG ....

these signings mean the Ravens-the youngest team in the NFL will have almost all the starters back from an impressive year....and this means the core group of players will get the chance to play together on the same team for years to come...a rare thing in the NFL these days.....the Ravens are a close group and that should be counted for something....


No team next year should overlook the mighty, mighty Ravens..

Orlando brown wasnt a starter for every game last year...but he is an opposing force at 6'8" and 370 lbs...so im glad we re-uped him...he does need to get his temper under control though....solid moves

You see the TO situation has become a lose/lose for you whether you want to admit it or not....

If the league, for some crazy reason, decides to void out his contract well then you guys are a55 out, with Travis taylor as your #1 reciever.

If the league , more then likely, decides TO has to play in Baltimore then either he'll retire, or go into a lockeroom, stadium, and city full of resentment for someone who was adamant about not playing somewhere, because this isn't about money if Baltimore has already offered to rework his deal. It's about not wanting to play for Baltimore. Of course I'm sure a limo ride with Ray Lewis will take care of his attitude problem....
