You know what you are very pathetic and annoying. I've sat back for weeks and read post after post about you complaining about 2ksports.

STFU...2ksports games on the 360 are the #1 selling sports games for that system, along side of the XBOX and PS2. If their games are so terrible, then the numbers would show different.

All this whining and crying about NEXT GEN this and NEXT GEN that, go to a EA Forum then, since you think they've done a great job. Oh wait, stores are backstock and overstocked in Madden and Live....Oh yeah they had no features and sucked ***** gameplay wise.

Live graphics aren't all that great, they have frankenstein head graphic player models and skinny center who look like Jared from Subway diet followers. Dark stadiums and blurred out crowds. Everyone looks asian and have Charlie Brown heads. Their skin looks like CGI claymation models instead of real people.

2ksports games look authentic and realistic. Maybe their stadiums need a more realistic atmosphere but it doesn't make their games non next-gen. 2ksports games are more realistic than anything else on the market. Get off this whole EA nutts thing and be honest 2ksports games are just more fun to play and prettier to look at.

EA isn't next gen...so please go to their forums and stfu, stop disrespecting this company and dogging all their hardwork...if you don't like their games. So what save your money and buy a life. You have too much time, to have post as much as you have. Over the same **** thing...

Go away you troll....

I been down with 2k b4 you guys started calling it 2k. It's funny how some of us been reppin since dreamcast. We should also thank SEGA because they are the reason 2k series has the best sporting games for 8 years running. Now all i need 2k to do is to get visual concepts to takeover tiburon (madden developers) and make me an awesome 360 football game.

All I have to say is wait until next year. NBA 2K7 will be upgraded grahpichly and gameplay wise, and madden will be INSANE with the graphics and the new gameplay additions. Be patient next gen is always slow no one really knows the 360's full potential yet. BTW the grapichs for NBA 2k6 are amazing and the gameplay is great even if it is a port.

I don't have a 360, at the moment, but if I did, this game would be own by me the day it comes out!! I have always loved the college b-ball games over the pros. I has more variety, because it simply has more teams and more things to do. And to see all that on a 360 has to be awesome!!!

I'm not whining about anything. I love 2K Sports besides for the annoying glitches sometimes but I have to say that NBA 2K6 for the 360 let me down. How can anyone say that the players look good? Really. Was I playing a different game? I still had my old XBOX and I kept going back and playing NBA 2K6 on that and the players looked way better! Sure the graphics were improved on the 360 but the players faces were way off even on a lot of the superstars. For example, Ray Allen looks dead-on in the XBOX version yet I looked horrible in the 360 version. This was like this for almost all players.

As for 2K Sports outselling all sports titles that's not saying much when there isn't much competition. Hasn't NBA 2K6 always outsold NBA Live anyway? I can't wait to see what happens next year. I'm looking forward to NBA 2K7 on the 360.
Do you have a HDTV? Everyone I've showed Nba 2k6 to on my HDTV can't get over how much it looks like a real life game. I have the Xbox and Xbox 360 version and the 360 version is MILES ahead of the Xbox version graphically.

Also, Ray looks dead-on in HD on the 360. I don't know about playing it in standard def.

You don't have to explain anything. Anyone who has played the games knows that ray allen is spot on in 2k6 on 360, he's just trying to defend the other guy and his ranting....

But you (Jaywv30) and I both know ... This game is killer on 360, and the College Hoops will be just as great if not better, considering that the College BB game comes out better each year.

Cell Block, just get over it already. We are well aware that you are an EA Sports junkie that loves to come here and dog on 2k sports games. BTW, do you even have an Xbox360 or are you just pretending to have one so your argument (and I use that term lightly) will somehow have more credibility? Your redundant posts are annoying to say the least, and you have absolutely nothing to offer to any discussion. So please, if you are so turned off by the 2K Sports games, then just leave and stop posting.

Technically, it's NBA 2K6. Were you expecting a whole new game? It's MEANT to be the same way with just some tightened controls, and most people are perfectly fine with that.

Your constant complaining does nothing to influence our feelings toward their games, so you're basically talking to a wall. So you might as well just stop talking.

Well I just finished a quick game, and I must say that I'm really impressed. the game plays great out of the box, I played on the All Conference level, thats the level right before the hardest one. I really like the flow of the game, it truley plays just like College, the gameplay feels much, much smother then NBA2k six, it just feels like the game was done just right, I think the Grapichs are flat out unreal, even the cheerleaders look sweet. I said from the begining that I would be waiting for this game even through all the delays, and let me tell you you, it was well worth it...This game rocks.

And Trust me the game plays far better the the Xbox version, far better. Just like NBA2k6 plays a far better on the 360 then current gen system.

Game is real nice, just wish I could connect to games online instead of getting stupid network errors. I find it funny that I'm on a T-1 connection yet can't connect to games.

Don't worry I had same problems as well as a friend who I have never had problems connecting with (he had problems with others too).

A few glitches I have found...second game of single player the graphics became real choppy and low FPS. This also kept up for most of the online games, so I know its not because of lag (happened on single player too). FT are near impossible when its choppy and the opponent is shaking your screen. A lot of times the audio has problems catching up to the video as well...other than that great game

I've played my share of NBA2k6 online. The first impression is that this game is smooth in comparison. The animation gives a better sense of Hoops being a fluid game of basketball rather than just a partially choppy videogame.

I've only played one game online so far, but never was the other person able to simply isomotion to the hoop and dunk like on NBA2k6. The isomotion still seems to be there, it just doesn't define the game anymore. Fouls happen in the paint, slumping players don't continuosly miss wide open shots, I haven't seen joke continuation, passing out of shots invited the risk of a turnover; all fine updates at making the game more realistic.

While I have little interest in college basketball, this is a very fine game from what I've seen. It would be nice to have a little more camera tweaking options to get a good view of the paint and also be able to see the corners from the side views. As long as no one traps the near half-court, superstar is good enough. Beyond that, I'm impressed so far at how this feels more like basketball.

I picked College Hoops up two days ago and it seemed just like a major let down. I hate to say that but when it doesn't appeal to me in a next-gen way then I can't really give it thumbs up, I mean the controls feel too clunky for me and though the game is very fluid the graphics just seem like vamped up port graphics. The actual gameplay frustrates me. Either it's the fact that I have never played any college basketball games in my life or that this game was just a mindless port. Sorry 2K Games, but I don't like your college hoops. I hope College Hoops 2k7 will meet my Next-Gen needs.

I picked it up almost two weeks ago. The game is ok but with it coming out so late, the price should have been reduced. Only reason I bought it was that a buddy gave $20 towards it so we could play it on the 360. Due to the messed up servers, I haven't been able to play one game online. Offline I haven't experienced any problems but that would have been great 3 years ago. Online is where it is at! They did seem to capture the college atmosphere good though. Now just get the servers going and it would be a better game.

I have probably been one of the biggest 2K haters around over the years. It's been EA for me since Madden 93. That is until I had no choice this year. I never thought I'd say this, but I am GLAD that EA didn't make a college basketball game for 360, otherwise I'd have never even considered picking up what has come to be my favorite basketball game of all time. Any console, pro or college, this game crushes it.

First of all, it actually feels like college ball. The March Madness series were fun as ****, but they were always an arcade dunk fest. Guys actually step up in the lanes and play defense or foul to prevent that from happening all the time in CH 2K6. The players seem to react more realistically in just about every scenario than what I've been used too for that matter. The anouncers are phenomenal, the crowd is good too, and the gameplay is just so **** tight that it all just adds up to the ideal equation.

I really can't believe people on here trash the controls, because despite playing EA my whole life, it only took about 3 games to have it mastered. They are so intuitive, and I especially appreciate the shot stick for FG's and FT's. This totally destroys what I've been used to... the old stop a moving line thing for FT's.

And the Graphics!!! I mean seriously, they are by far the best ever for a college basketball game, yet people aren't happy. The players look perfect, and this is definately not what I had come to expect from 2K... a VERY pleasant surprise. I guess if you compare them to say Fight Night Round 3 they'd be lacking, but this is a zero-sum situation. Its like when people attack capitalism and globalization, saying that poor countries suffer at the benefit of super powers. But in reality, everyone is actually profiting and improving, its just less so for some. What I'm trying to say is this: CH 2K6 is the best looking game yet in its genre, so who cares if some other game in a completely different catagory looks better when both are improvements on their predecessors?

I think the online is great, and I had the game since it came out. Yeah every now and then it was hard to get into a game in the begining, but it all seems fixed now. So addicting... heck, I almost can't finish this post cause I have go play again!

The only bad thing I can say about this game is that it gave me too much faith in 2K Sports going in to buy MLB. I was so completely blown away with this title that I didn't even think to check the boards before purchasing what looks to be the biggest flop I've seen in a major sports game. Obviously that takes nothing away from CH 2K6, I just hope these guys get a patch out quick that makes MLB at least half as good as this game is. And of course... stops the freezing. Back on topic though: Great job on a Great game with this one 2K. I would have paid $70 if I had too, even with it being out so late. No more March Madness for me.
