The biggest one that I am curious about and have yet to find any info on is the school fight songs. I mean the current gen game songs are terrible or should I say lack there of. Anyways will the 360 boost the number of songs up or is it going to be just a straight port over with better graphics? Hopefully 2k spent these past two months upgrading the game with stuff like that otherwise, what the **** took them so long!!!

i think they're supposed to have even more colleges. im not exactly sure about the fight songs though.

and another question, is this gonna be like a port like 2k did with nba 2k6? new colleges are cool and all, but it better be all of the colleges and some **** good extras to be twice the price of the current gen version.

I don't think they've done anything major. They improved the isomotion, it's more responsive and smooth. I don't think they added any new teams. They fixed some of the teams' colors. The game is still the same, nothing has changed.

"After all, those extra weeks of development have allowed the 2K6 team to put the hours in studying the teams, players, and coaches in the game to ensure that the rosters, lineups, and player attributes found in the 360 version of 2K6 are the most up-to-date around."

"The one word we heard most often during our discussions and playtime with 2K6 was "tight," as in "tightening" up the isomotion controls to make them more responsive, "tightening" up the shot percentages for artificial intelligence-controlled teams to better reflect actual numbers, and addressing other AI aspects of the game to ensure that the gameplay is as accurate as possible."

"...a deliberate design choice that's meant to mirror the slower pace of the college game. "

"Another thing we liked about the gameplay was the ability to preload passes in the game in order to quickly move the ball between two or more players."

"Fans of the coach's clipboard option will be pleased to know it's well intact in the Xbox 360 version of the game--including the ability to set points of emphasis during timeouts."

"the game benefits from the higher resolution and more smoothly animated player models. And there are definitely shades of NBA 2K6's influence in the game"

"Other visual tweaks for the 360 version of the game include new camera angles and new crowd animations during the pregame introduction, as well as subtle reflection effects on the hardwood courts."

Improved Isomotion...LOL...they will do the same thing that all other 2KPORTS have done...Graphics will look a bit nicer but the game will be the same and they will charge $60...I'm staying away from all 2kPORTS this year..They got me with NBA2k6 for the 360 but thats the last time I get duped thinking they will actually produce a next gen game in this year.

Nothing is different..alll this talk about smoother animations and all that is simply hogwash..The games are the same..I played NBA2k6 on Xbox and 360 ( I own a 360) and other than the graphics being more crisp the games are the same..In fact I thought the current gen gameplay was better than the next gen gameplay.

What would do it for you? I mean how much can they put into a BASKETBALL game to make it next gen?

Why don't you just stay away from the forum, Cell Block. You have hundreds of posts and they are ALL about one thing. You sound like a high schooler who got dumped and now won't shut up about it.

Most people were pretty happy with NBA 2K6. I think it looks pretty good. All this ******ing and moaning is just a waste of time. If you don't want the game, don't buy it...but please just be quiet!
