this videogame has frozen on me three times in the middle of a game. has anybody else experienced any similar troubles?

Mine hasn't frozen, it just won't connect to games online.

mine has gotten close to freezing both online and offline. Online it wasn't latency, it was choppiness in the video (really low FPS). The best option if you still have control of the game is pause and let the video and audio mix in correctly. My audio was delayed like 10 seconds and was terrible

That's called lag and is most likely a slowdown of either your ISP or the ISP of your opponent.

No its definitely FPS and not latency. I know what lag is (its actually latency). Lag isn't a 'slowdown of my ISP' its that packets aren't getting sent/received as fast as the game requires, ending up with problems, but thats not my problem. If you read my post it wasn't just online, but in single player as well (which is not online). The game gets really bad FPS, most likely because of all the stuff they have going on in the background. Madden got really bad FPS at some points too, but College Hoops is really obvious.
