basicially whoever makes it out alive of the HELLish atlanta division should be the ultimate winner in this case... but with college basketball.. the whole "bracketology" term is way overrated... anyone can win at pools and gambles with these things...

last year: our school's ultimate winner (out of 15 possible pools) WAS A GIRL, with little-or-no information beforehand about the ncaa tourney, who was a cheerleader, and her boyfriend was all in to his bracket, and so she gullibly decided to fill one out, and she was the only one to pick syracuse going all the way (apparently orange was her favorite color), not only that, but she had TEXAS AND KANSAS in the final four, with kansas losing in the championship.

coincidence? of course. but it just goes to show you that anyone one can win this tourney. EVEN liberty...

I was close to putting Maryland past UConn especially since they beat Wake, NC State, and Duke in that order! But I realized I'd be doing mostly because I like them so much. If they can keep up the play, I wouldn't be surprised if they get to the Final Four. But the fact that they were a bubble team like a week ago, would make me feel guilty about putting them that far.

By the way, I hate Duke partly because I think they're overrated, especially J.J. Redick, who's a one-dimensional stoner.

agreed- just look at all the stifs that have come to the NBA from duke- most are disappointments and overrated indulgences....

No way man. You've gotta pick from the beginning. I would've had 3/4 had I started from the Sweet 16. A lot of the upsets had already happend by then, so you'd now know not to pick legit teams such as Stanford and UNC.

It's cool that you got it right, but it's so much easier when only a quarter. of the teams are there.
