does this game hold official licenses

dont realy know much about this game i was just wondering does it hold licenses. e.g player names, likenes, team names, logos etc. also which baseball leagues does it have in it, just the USA or others asswell.

That is kind of a dumb question, but I will answer it.

Yes, it holds the license, it has MLBPA and can have names, numbers, etc. It has all countries, not just USA.
