i can't wait to see gameplay footage and i can not beleive the detail on the stadiums can't until this comes out

It looks pretty good for sure. With the cloth moving on the player's unis, hopefully those 2K5 old-gen player models won't look like they're just pasted onto a 360 new-gen backdrop -- which is sort of how it looks to me in the still photos.

Why don't you take it over to the EA boards and talk about how much better your game would have been... I mean I wonder sometimes how good NFL 2K6 would have been but I dont complain on EA Boards

What are you talking about? he was legit, we are not for EA nor are we for 2K, we are for gaming. period! We love gaming and for a gamer to wonder what could have been whether it be MVP or NFL 2K is sad and in my book.
We are sports gamers, every year we look forward to new sports games that come out regardless who designed them and when you lose that to just plain selfishness and greed is just rediculous. Everybody got on T.O.'s case because he wanted more money from the Eagles, I supported T.O. because after the NFL did what they did by selling their license I say, the NFL are hypocrites and I say, to all the players do whatever you can to make more money because the NFL has shown me that it is ONLY about money!
and that goes for Major League baseball as well.

I thought the players looked good last year. Besides the cloth movments the players in 2K5 looked very detailed IMO.
Stadiums look gorgeous . Hopefully 2K will just keep building on this engine until they get it right. Looks like they are heading in the right direction.

They're okay, but they're not those two Jeter shots from GameInformer that were posted here three weeks ago What happened to those?

Now hang on here... I was one of the people who was saying those two Jeter pics were not how the 360 version was going to look. I repeatedly stated the developers made it clear only the spectators, stadiums and fields, and unis were getting a graphic overhaul.
Meanwhile, a bunch of people -- you included, if I'm not mistaken -- were insisting that it would look like those Jeter pics. Now you're singing a different tune all the sudden? Because we've seen the 360 pics now, and the game in fact doesn't look like that?
So here's a great glimpse in human nature for you: some people on this site get blasted for their so-called "negative" comments, yet when it's clear they were right all along, the 2K6 super fans suddenly can't remember what was said "way back when". Or in this case, the story suddenly changes completely: now those two Jeter pics were "fake".
Give me a break...

BTW pujols: those two Jeter pics were taken from a GameInformer article and interview with 2K -- an article promoting their 360 versiion of 2K6. In other words, 2K gave those two pics to the magazine, as part of their promoting 2K6. So how in the world do you come up with the idea they're fake? Or are you saying 2K "faked everyone out" regarding how 2K6 was going to look?
