Ok, I am in the same boat with everyone (can't wait for this game to come out), but is the online play issue going to be fixed with the 2K Servers? NBA 2K6 and College Hoops 2K6 both had/still have online play issues.
I am serious, I paid $60 for College Hoops, and ............... I have played the Xbox 360. No games connect online!!!!

Through the past dew years of online 2k baseball I have had a lot of opponents drop on me (countdown screen) and I don't get a win.
Does anyone remember the online bug from the 1st day of release in 2k5? If you popped in the game and put in custom soundtracks before you did anything else (took me like 2 hours too) then went online, your game would freeze giving you a "drop." I started out my online season 0-0-15. No one would play me and everyone here on these boards called me a cheeser/quitter/dropper you name it. Why would I keep trying if that really happened? Ummm because like most of you, I get hyped up on this game for months in advance year after year, and when you bring it home on day 1 and things are effed up, you keep trying because not only do you want to play but you can't believe it's happening. Until it was brought to my attention on a message board I didn't know what to do. Every 30 minutes I'd start a new game thinking "maybe now?" like I was trying to start a car. Anyways, long post made short: I hope the online aspect is improved.

You know what that same XBL thing happened to me. I had just gotten the service and I thought it was something retarded I was doing. Feels good to know that it wasn't me and it was the infernal games fault.....(always wanted to use the word infernal). PHEW!!! feels good to know that others had the same problem.

HEEEEEEEEY wait you can't use XBL with dial up.......unless that was some serious kick *** 56k action right there.
