Is it possible the game can be pushed up if 2K is satisfied with where the game is in relation to release?

Ive never seen it happen especially with 2ksports. They are known for alwayz delaying everything!

Why rush when you're the only game in town? See, exclusives are bad all around (this from a 2K fan).

lol, apparntly the xbox and ps2 version have been moved up to April 3rd, but I hope they don't push up the 360 so they can work out as many kinks as possible.

Well the current gen got pushed up. I really hope they can do the same for the 360. I want to play this game already. It's the first game on next gen so i really dont want to wait until the end of the month.

when i bought blazing angels today, the guy at ebgames said mlb 2k6 is comin to stores on the 11th...but being that since i had the game reserved and they never called me today...im taking this guys knowledge with a grain of salt

its only the current gen that is coming out on april 3rd, not the 360 version. and this information was just released so its likely that the eb clerk didn't have the update.

blazing angels is a horrible game, didn't you play the demo. If not, take the game back.

I rather enjoyed the demo. It was pretty simplistic. Definatly a rental though, not a purchase.

You could be right...If the game has gone Gold, as i think it already has, then the final version is ready to be copied onto disks. Once a game goes gold, I dont think there isnt any tweaking that is going to happen. So, if the 360 version has gone gold then we could be getting this game on the 11th. I got my finger crossed.

I believe NFL 2K5 came out early. Also, if you are the only game in town, then you better take your time and make a good product, or else it will be money thrown away. I never liked a sports game coming out before the season actually started anyway, because they have always had messed up rosters. I know that's not such an issue now with online, but it used to really bothersome.

this is very untrue. in fact, MLB2K5 came out 2-3 weeks earlier then was expected mostly to compete with MVP05 which was bumped up to Feb.28 instead of being released in March. I think MLB2K5 was truly rushed when it was released a couple of weeks earlier then annoucned. there were so many problems with the game. Hopefully, this time around they fix all the bugs/glitches since there's no need to rush the game out.
