Couple things, does anyone think the 360 versions will be released early like the ps2 and xbox version is? Also just wondering if anyone thinks there will be more features on the game that they havent mentioned? Questions sound stupid i know, but this forum needed a new thread.

No...and no. More than likely, the 360 version will be released on its scheduled date...or even delayed. The features offered in the original versions will be the ones offered in the 360 version. It was that way for NBA and CHoops 2K6.

Wishful thinking =) I hope they do release the 360 version early buti highly doubt it. Cant wait for this game

i think they might add a few new swing animations, but that is just a guess giving the 360's power. But most likley, nothing but better graphics, oh well.

They've pretty much said that w/all the time that they put into improving the fielding, they didn't have time for the hitting and pitching animations, so while I think we all hope for a better swing animation, they (the developers in the Q&A session) said that it wouldn't be happening this year.

at my local gamestop it said that mlb 2k6 will come out for the 360 on 4/11...
i hope this is true but when i went to gamestop.com it said that it will come out on 4/24..
**** typo. also the guy who i reserved from didnt tell my anything...didnt even double check to make sure everything is correct.

Release date was already announced that it was pushed back to 4/24.
The game hasn't gone gold yet, or least not announced that it was, so I don't think they'll push it up unless we hear it goes gold very soon.

Team xbox.com said the 360 version has gone gold.
