If it gonna stay this way what an amazing match-ups we will have. the only certain one is TB vs NYI. All other pairs are 50/50 and all got Division Rival as an opponent.
1. Tampa Bay
2. Philadelphia
3. Boston
4. Toronto
5. Ottawa
6. Montreal
7. New Jersey
8. NY Islanders

I think the Isles can take Tampa....I may be the only person that thinks that...but IMO if the Isles can shut down St. Louis and Lecavalier, they have a real good chance of pulling off the upset. They do have the players to do it,Peca is notorious for shadowing people. I personally don't think any series in the East willl be a lock!
The Isles have a lot more playoff experience, and as for Tampa...don't get me wrong, they have a great team...but they've probably had the easiest schedule this season out of all the playoff bound teams.
I won't be surprised at all if the Isles knock out the Bolts!

This guy is smart.
We beat Tampa pretty bad the other night. As long as DiPietro brings his game, we can beat them.
....just gotta take care of those pesky sabres first..

Don't forget about the panthers, its an incredible long shot, but with the way they played against the isles and the consistency of Luongo they have as much of a chance as the Sabres. Of course if buffalo beats em on the 20th its over. I personally wouldn't mind Tampa Bay against Florida in the first round.
But no matter what happens this is going to be the best playoffs they've had in a couple years.

I just hope that the Bruins don't have to play the Devils in the 1st round again, because as we all know Marty Brodeur plays awesome hockey in the playoffs, and they are also expecting Scott Stevens, and Brian Rafalski back, hopefully we will get the Candiens, We have there number this season, and I and all you other Bruins fans would hope that, this would continue in the playoffs. So Warden I hope you are right, about your predictions.
GO BRUINS!!!!!!

The Panthers...Stick a fork in em....I just can't see them making it, as much as I love Luongo and thinks he deserves it...It just won't happen.
Buffalo and the Isles...both have similar schedules, Buffalo has to play a hot Montreal team twice, they got Pittsburgh twice which isn't exactly a walk in the park lately, Add Toronto, Colorado and a desperate Nashville team and it's not an easy schedule. The Isles have Minnesota, Washington, and Carolina twice, although they do play Montreal, Tampa and Philly twice...4 points and a game in hand...look for the Isles to get in with the 8th spot.
The Isles only problem is goaltending...Dipietro and Snow is no tandem you put much confidence in...as I said before they gotta shut down the TB top 2 to have a chance...Peca and Aucoin will be getting lots of ice time if these two meet in the first round.
Bruins4Life...you'd rather play Montreal??? Are you crazy..lol, that's probably the hotest team in the East right now(along with your Bruins)...Theodore scares the living daylights out of me!!! Wether you owned them this season or not...you do remember last time the Bruins finished first in the division right...first round of the playoffs....remember what Theo did to you guys. Personally I'd rather face Jersey, a significantly weaker team than last year, go get revenge!!! Beating Jersey might end up being the spark your team needs to make a run at the cup!
There's one thing for sure...Were in for a heck of a ride this year!!! No matter who you cheer for in the East your team has a chance...Let the drama begin!!!!

An interesting site for you all to check out. I take absolutely no credit for this site. It was designed by someone on Sensnetwork.com...but it is rather informative!
