Character looks messed up

OK - sometimes my character looks messed up to other people (really freaking scary looking), but looks normal to me...does anyone know what is going on? I see other characters sometimes looking alot different, but then in another room they will look normal. And alot of times they don't know they are looking weird.

I have never heard of that. Maybe the people you are talking about have different characters that look weird, or they are editing the appearances. That is just me you could be right but I don't know.
