Today November first ETSU basketball team has hired one of the all time greats Michael Jordan as head coach. I was able to speak to him and ask him what he plans to do to this good basketball team. All he said was "Were gonna win." I also asked who he really sees talent in. He said " I see talent in everyone but I see leadership in two people. They are Tim Smith and Zakee Wadood." You can go see Michael Jordan at any of the practices and he will begin his pratice routine tommorrow. All the Buc fans out there this should be an exciting year for ETSU.

Wow what a night the Bucs just beat the Red Raiders buy two in the last three seconds of the game. The final score was 62 to 60. The pog goes to Jerald Fields for his outstanding rebounding with 13 bords and his scoring with 8 points. Jerald Fields after the game told me after I asked him what he did diffrent tonight said " I just tried to muscle out every one I could." Well that sure did pay off with that upset that handed the Red Radiers their 2 loss and the Bucs second win. Another contributer was Tim Smith with 20 points and 1 rebound. He is the one that got the Bucs the win with seconds to go with a lay up. That is all from Texas remember to tune in on saturday when the Bucs play UNC Willmington.

Bucs shootdown the Seahawks 62-54
The Bucs came out thinking they can beat anyone after the win in Texas. It showed for the first half when the score kept seesawing back and forth. With Zakee out for the remainder of the first half red shirt fresman Howard Bridgers had to step up and keep the team close. He did that with eight points in four minutes. At the end of the first half the bucs were up by eight. Then in the second half the Bucs came out thinking that this was going to be a victory already and the Bucs pride took over and they came out ice cold and the Seahawks were on fire with and nine to zero run they pulled ahead by one. One of the main reasons they pulled ahead is because they shut down Wadood. So coach Jordan called a time out and got his team composure back and the Bucs went on a five two run. Zakee picked up two fouls quick and was sent to the bench. So now Bridgers had to step up and the SeaHawks shut him down. With three minutes and thirty second left Zakee comes into a game and drives the baseline for two and then they get a steal and Zakee hits a big three and pulls the Bucs out of reach. After that three Zakee took over and hit two big dunks and some ten footers. The SeaHawks just scored two baskets in the three minutes. The final score was 62-54 and the player of the game honors goes to you guseed it number 44 Zakee Wadood. Zakee had 35 points and 8 rebounds and was 0/3 for freethrows. Who also helped the Bucs was Howard Bridgers with 12 points and two big blocks. The Bucs next game is at North Carolina A&M on Wednesday Dec. 3 2003

[/b]Bucs Fry the Friars
The Bucs came out tonight kinda of sluggish in the first half. The Friars were beating them by three points at the end. Then in the second half the big men started lighting up the scoreboards with three pointers nine of them. Jerald Fields came out red hot with four straight three pointers and then Zakee Wadood hit one. Then Strong hit one and then Howard Brigders hit three. The player of the game is Zakee "Main Event" Wadood with 24 points 9 rebounds and 3 blocks. Like I said the other big men attributed to this game also the C Jerald "Big Daddy" Fields and Howard "Steel Wall" Brigders with a combine 27 points. The Bucs pulled away and Fried the Friars 88 to 61. The win over the Friars improves the Bucs to a 4 and 0 record under there new coach Michael Jordan. The Bucs next game is against Georgia Southern and it is at home Sat. Dec. 6, 2003

That's pretty cool man, funny to see MJ coaching. One suggestion, if you could do like top players, or do the stats in a list format, otherwise it's hard to read. Keep it up!
