You only get the option to change to 60Hz when in Standard Def mode.
This is STUPID because if your are using VGA/Component in HD then you are AUTOMATICALLY in 60hz by default. But the game stupidly looks in the dashboard setting (which you cant even see) and that will say 50hz, because you will never have needed to change it.
I say again: Developers, this is not very good. Don’t make gamers go through this hassle when they must ALREADY BE IN 60Hz since they are playing in High Definition!!
The solution for you guys:
Either stick a Standard def cable in (scart, composite) or switch your component cable the TV mode instead of HD mode. You will then see the option in the console settings/Pal Settings section of the dashboard. Change it to 60 Hz.
[THIS ACTUALLY MAKES NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL AS YOUR 360 MUST OUTPUT IN 60HZ ANYWAY WHEN PLAYING IN HIGH DEFINITION BUT THE GAME IS TOO STUPID TO REALISE THAT]
Then just plug your HD cable back in (or switch your component back to HD) and you are fixed.
Think the Outfit has the same issue.
Best of luck chaps
(Game itself is excellent)

thanks for that input. in my case it was even more complicated. since my television (philips 32pf9966/10) doesn't work on 60 fps with the scart inputs, i had to get my old television out of the cellar. connect the old tv with the box by scart, safe 60 fps, take vga cable and connect it with the new tv.
lucky me i still had that old tv!
