Cubs - Need Alternate Road Jersey (same has alternate home, just with name in RED lettering on the back of the jersey, grey pants, and the road hat.) Alternate home should have no name on the back, just the number.

Rays- Home jersey sleeves are black, supposed to be green

Dbacks- Road hat is purple, supposed to be black

Dodgers

Giants

Indians- Missing alt blue jersey; "I" hats not "Chief Wahoo" hats when wearing alternate jersey

M's- Batting helmets and hats .They are black (very dark navy) now....they haven't had green on them since '99

Yeah, the Nat's away hats are blue, not red as in the game (it looks so goofy, I don't know how you'd miss it).

Also, the Yanks Alternate (BP jersey) does not have a blue NY (as in the game), but it's white.

This just seems like carelessness to me, is it really that hard to do a little research before adding these things? A few inaccuracies can be looked past, but after hearing how much they've screwed up, it makes me sick to my stomach thinking that the exclusive liscence to MLB is in the hands of people like this. Being a mariners fan, I don't know how i'm gonna being able to look past if they've botched safeco field as bad as i've heard they did, making the retractable roof permanently closed, even on sunny days, yet, the rain weather effects magically go through the closed roof. Come on Kush, get it together, these aren't monday details, these kinds of things are major to baseball fans like us.

the Mets uni is all wrong... alt-home jersey is black with blue Hats(should be black) there batting helmet looks like the NY baseball Giants colors... and once again for the 4th season in a row no home solid white jersey... 2k always had the football uni's right, can't understand how these mistakes are not noticed immediately... it seems like this game is being made by people who don't even watch baseball... and another thing, if your the road team you should only be able to select a road jersey... all alt- jersey's or most only have the home white pants... Hey what about the Blue Jays hats? They don't wear Grey Hats there hats are Black. And the Batting Helment is black as well. Are hats are black and so are the batting helments in every uni. Those Grey Hats look dumb.

The thing is, if the freezing was a disk press issue....what about the stuff we listed above. This isn't a few nitpicks, there are actually more incorrect current uniforms than correct ones. That's absolutely unacceptable.

Well you can't expect everything to be perfect. I'll admit I was a little awestruck that Derrek Turnbow doesn't look right at all, he has long hair not a crew cut. Alot of the things that are off may have been changed in the Pre Season, long after 2k6 went gold. Besides the fact that in most any sport game the more popular teams get more attention*cough Yankees*, the less popular teams always lack attention. Try to imagine having to make a game each year on the same material. You'd be pretty rushed to keep up.

Don't get me wrong, I am not running in to defend 2K sports. This is my first game from them and feel they totally dropped the ball here. There are several things that need to be fixed, they can't fix all of them. As long as the game is playable, oops it isn't yet. Just my two cents.

Yes, but the most popular teams in baseball goes as follows:

New York Yankees
Boston Red Sox
St. Louis Cardinals

and 2 out of those 3 teams had one of their two BASE uniforms not even close to being right. We are talking about teams that haven't changed their look in over 20 years. It comes from 2kSports only buying the MLB liscense out of spite at EA and not because they wanted to produce a baseball game that fans can enjoy. Only 12 and 13 year olds who are just getting into the game or just plain like video games wouldn't notice these glaring problems.

We are on the next-gen consoles here, realism is paramount. They effectively decided to drop 10 and punt on this one.

I don't think gamers should get over it. Exclusive deals means things like this should NEVER happen because you've got all the info you could need. I copied someone else's post with teams needing a fix and added some.

Most teams need an alternate road and home jersey. I can't remember all that do, but I'll add to the one I know does. Maybe with a thread like this, we'll get another patch to fix the uniform screw up. I'd rather see the freeze fixed, but I agree we should point out everything we want fixed. They screwed up big time and now need to let the know.

you know, it is funny how they got boston's away jersey right on the select a jersey part, but didn't get it right on the actual game itself. A patch for this is a must. Hopefully they'll do that for us, but I wouldn't hold my breathe. Good move, MLB. Sell exclusive rights to a company that doesn't even know what uniforms people wear, even if they haven't changed in years.....and Boston was the World Champs. I guess next year's version will feature a yankee's uniform without any pinstrips. That seems almost as stupid.

The bottom line is this ladies...this game is an absolute cluster f***...PERIOD! There are so many problems with this game that it's ****ing me off more by the minute. I don't think I've ever seen a release as popular as this where it is so unanimously agreed upon at how bad it is. I don't think I've seen one positive thing written about this game either on this board or in press reviews. This just in 2K Sports...that's not good! Especially for future sales. I for one am disgusted for the fact that they knew this was the only MLB game going for Xbox and STILL had the balls to sell this piece of **** for 40 & 60 bucks. Shame on you 2K. I'm almost there with you. What is further angering is the fact they've done nothing to make up for the mistakes. We want something. We are owed something. 2k needs to figure out how to make it up to us. A simple fix of all these problem is just one thing. We need something else to be done to show good faith to us the gamers. Instead we get nothing.

What we get is random no answer after random no answer. Letting us know there is going to be a patch wasn't news. We knew that. Now tell when we can expect it. Tell us what you plan on doing to save us as customers. 2k needs to refund at 20 bucks. They need to do something. A free game, something. We shouldn't have to wait and not be given something in return for their major screw up.

Call Microsoft at 1.800.4my.xbox and report this matter again and then request that microsoft make a MLB game next year. the CSA will take down you request. If enough of us do it, then it will happen. Hopefully, it will anyway since they see 2k is giving their system a bad name.

It's your first 2K game, so you don't realize we all went through this same garbage last year. And from what I saw of 2K6 (rented it), it's even more broken, glitchy and missing details than 2K5 was. So it's not that they can't fix them all: it's that they went from making a flawed game last year, to making a horrible, broken game this year.

The Rockies home jersey is supposed to have the names on the back on the jersey. Also with the Rockies, both the color commentary and the on-field PA announcer pronounce Clint Barmes wrong. It's not like he was a new player, he was talked about constantly last year with his injury. Come on, its not hard to get jerseys and names right.
