 Simply take your defective game to the retailer and explain the situation. Take the copy of the same game they give you, go outside, open it. Wait 10 minutes and go back in telling them this disk has the same issues. Repeat until manager gets annoyed enough to refund your money (or until they run out of new copies and HAVE to give you your money back). I understand it's a hassle, but if 1000 people do it at 1000 Best Buys pehaps corporate will get the hint and pull the game. If the retailers pull it until there's a fix, THERE WILL BE A FIX, AND QUICKLY. I got my money back, you can too.
2K Sports obviously doesn't care, we must make them care. The only way to do this is financially, as anyone with any kind of authority only reads this board for laughs. The mods are 18 year old college freshman who have no more idea what 2K and Kush are doing than you or I.

then this moderater needs to get some answer instead of making statements that he can't prove. Call those working and get us some answers. I don't care what you did in the past. It is clear you know NOTHING about what is going on as far as this fix.
Let us know something. We paid good money and we deserve better. This has gotten old and you're nothing more than a "in the near future" corp quoting guy. If you know someone, get us some info. Until then, I don't care what you use to do. I want answer and answer alone.
We were told to come here for updates and "A fix will be here in the near future" isn't an update. It is a load of you know what.

My bad, The mods are 22 year old ex-3D animators who have no more idea what 2K and Kush are doing than you or I. If they did, they'd tell us. It's human nature to try to appease people, so the lack of any real info on this site tells me the site creators/mods really have no clue what 2K and Kush are doing. They're not being vague to be jerks, they're clueless.

Can we not lambaste him like that? He was defending his position as to being called an 18 yo college freshman.
I agree that I don't care, but there isn't a need to insult him. He's the mod here regardless of if there is an issue with the game. His ONLY job is not to just update us on the status of the patch. However, beeing the weekend, he won't have anything new to report. Let him post.
