O.K. Here it is. If you've already tried deleting cache, loading different games first, or removing hd, with no results, then try this. Seemed to work for me.
Load 2K6 and let load completely. Do not interrupt. While loading, stand on one foot and begin to jump up and down. While jumping, pat the top of your head with your right hand and rub your belly with your left hand. Count to twenty. By this time game should have loaded completely and your good to go. If for some odd reason this does not work, remove disc from Xbox and hang from your rearview mirror. It looks really cool! Good luck.

Hey Ezzry, didn't mean to hit a sore spot with ya bro. Just trying to make light of an incredibly aggravating situation. Just as ripped as everyone else over this freezing issue. Lighten up.

Meh, because of this game, I sold my 360 for a McGriddle. It tasted better than plastic, not by much though.
