FRUSTRATED! PLEASE HELP!

This game is rediculously glitchy and very hard to work to begin with, and this issue I'm having with playing online is making it even more frustrating.

I'll sign in, no problems. I'm connected, no problem.

I go to play a game using 'Quick Match,' and it goes through the process. It gets to the "Starting Game..." part, and sits there for a minute.

It then comes up with a "This game could not be started. Refer to the Online FAQ or 2K Sports web site for information on this topic."

No specific error message or anything, but I get it EVERY time I try to play a game.

Any help?

ALSO: It downloaded new rosters, but I can't seem to find a way to get them to work in non-online mode. How do I do this?

I am having the same problem, I have come to this conclusion (I am not sure whether it is correct or not). There is no Quick Match. To begin a game go through the lobby. I tried about 100 times last night to do Quick Match with no success; once I was in the lobby I had ZERO problems. Regarding the rosters, I have no freaking clue. I have looked everywhere I know for them. I hope I helped a little.

There is Quick match the only reason it says that message is because you can't to the other person also doing quick match

that screens comes up to me lots of time n i usually get offline n comeback online but still i dont like doin that if NEONE HAS SUGGESTIONS PLEASE POST thanks.
