roster downloads

I was able to use Xbox live to download the most recent roster version, but can't figure out how to save the new rosters for use in offline play. I haven't played a game online yet, so I'm not even sure how accurate the newest rosters are...but the default is pretty bad. C'mon...how long has Remlinger been off of the Cubs?!?!

Any pointers would be appreciated! I guess I can look on the bright side, knock on wood and be glad my game hasn't frozen up yet! ;~)
