I bought the hardware to play online last year and have never gotten it to work. I plugged my internet cable into the back and that didn't work and I even tried doing it through a phone line with no success. Can someone help me as to what I need to do in order to play online

if you are plugging the PS2 directly into the cable modem you need to reset the modem. Turn if off for about 2 mins. and then back on again.
