The Seahawks are having a stellar off-season. Look for them to be at the top of the NFC conference next year. They have one of the best offense in the league and now they are building their defense with off-season moves such as signing Taylor and Winstrom. Add a year under the belt of their young secondary and they will improve on defense which will only make them that much stronger as a team.

I agree, I am glad we got Jackson back, hopefully he doesnt drop so many passes tis year...We just need someone to replace Randle and Eaton...

Hey friday..nothing like signing an old foogie right...?? lol..you talked smack when the Cowboys signed Marcellus Wiley but yet your beloved Seahawks went out and signed 9 year player Bobby Taylor....lol its funny how you make fun of a team signing a 7 year vet but yet its awesome for your team to sign a 9 year vet coming off an injury riddled season...lol so much for double standards....

As for all you other Seahawks fans...I applaud your signing...your offense is good but you can never be too good on defense...

Taylor is going to play the nickel CB and be a veteran leader for this young secondary. The Hawks aren't relying on Taylor, its just a great addition to make their secondary that much stronger. He was signed for 11.3 Million as opposed to the 16 million Wiley was signed for.

Wiley was CUT from the Chargers, that doesn't say much for his skill. Taylor wanted to come to Seattle as a FA and even took less money instead of signing with the Bengals or Eagles.

Did you know that Wiley wanted to sign in Seattle but we didn't want him?

Taylor or Wiley.......Hmmmmmm? Ya, I'll take Taylor on the way to winning the NFC.

Thats alot of money for a guy who isnt even going to start....Wiley is going to be a starter and ya he was cut but he was cut because of his salary...not his skill...oh before you write you should research first....Did you know Taylor personally called the Cowboys to say they were one of his only choices and Cowboys didnt even give him the time of day....Dont believe me read the article...
http://www.dallascowboys.com/spagnola.cfm?id=60CA8CB8-95C4-568A-67E6218EA2E022E9

or if you dont want to here is the part that matters...

Now, with Johnson done, Henson done, the Cowboys can move on, comb what's left at cornerback and offensive line in free agency. Starting to get the feeling they aren't really fired up to meet Bobby Taylor's contract demands, which means someone must think he's not near the player he once was. Otherwise, they'd be happy to spend the money.

straight from the Cowboys Website...thats alot to pay for a Nickel back..but as far as what we spent on a starter ...it dont matter but then again Seattle overpaid for Winstrom....As far as winning the NFC next year...lol you gotta first get out of your Division...and worry about actually winning a road game....Oh and in case you forgot if it wasnt for the Cowboys losing the last game of the season...YOUR PRECIOUS SEAHAWKS WOULDNT HAVE MADE THE PLAYOFFS...

lol now i can see why you annoy henchmen so much...you got blinders to the rest of the league and only believe the Seahawks are the only team making moves....believe it or not there are 31 other teams that are making moves...the NFL has taught us all that alot of different factors can play apart of the outcomes of games, seasons, careers....Its kind of early to be proclaiming your Super Bowl crown by only your signings in the off season...dont believe me go ask all the Redskins fans...

Ya, way to boast about the Cowboys losing the game. The Hawks would still have made it anyways cause the Vikings lost, so your crappiness wasn't such a factor.

The Seahawks are THIRD in the ENTIRE NFL for off season moves thus far only behind Philly and Atlanta. Go read the article yourself...

http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/7198147

(this is even before the Taylor signing as well). I don't have blinders on, I know practically every signing that has happened this NFL offseason. There are 31 teams making moves, but they aren't as big or improving as the some of the ones the Hawks are making. You can count on that.

Mock me all you want, you will see that the Hawks are going to ranked high for their offseason and will move up to around 4th-6th in the NFL power standings before the season. You know who won't be ranked that high.......The cowboys.

You bring out the classic line of the Hawks' road record, just imagine if they improve on that pitiful road record this year. Scary isn't it.

You are comparing the Redskins and Seahawks...Bwahahahahaha!!!! They signed Springs to a ridiculous contract, got Brunell way too early and could have got Garcia instead if they wouldn't have jumped the gun, and paid too much for both Washington and Daniels. They had no patience. The Portis move still has to be seen.

I think Dallas has done well. Getting Henson was awesome for them, he could be a steal, and getting KJ for galloway was also an improvement. I am mocking the signing of Wiley, that was all.

Ya, and henchmen doesn't have blinders on....Good one!!!!

I don't know...do I have Blinders On?

The Bengals have a ton of room to improve and they will. I am excited to see them play and not many people give them the credit they deserve. Carson Palmer is the real deal and so is their offense. A good good football team in Cincinnati...you fans should be proud of your team.

Final Comment: With all the moves and trades and now the Draft...I don't think we will recognize the NFL this year. I still expect my Patriots to defend their title, but I also expect much improved teams to be Head Hunting for them. Good luck to all the NFL teams and I think this could be one of the BEST SEASONS EVER!

I believe I wrote that 3 days ago

Good Job Seattle...PAY THE MAN! and you may need to pay Bobby Engram who also had a real good season towards the end...Engram can play!

Hmmm :?: Is that a comment about YOUR team?

Wow...Texans give Henson's rights to Cowboys and he signs for 8 years.

Good move for the BOYS, I hear this kid has a lot of Raw Talent...can't wait to see it.

Survey Says? I could go on and on looking for posts where I've commented on other teams. MY BOYS ARE STILL BETTER THAN SEATTLE!!

THE ROAD TO THE SUPERBOWL COMES THROUGH NEW ENGLAND!! COME GET YOURSELF SOME!

Troy Brown for an option as "WHO IS THE BEST WIDE RECEIVER IN THE NFL?

After the last SuperBowl, Tom Brady had gorgeous models and even Mariah Carey knocking on his door.....why do you think Brady ignored all that cra-p? Because he's too smart to let his "Celebrity" become more important than his passion for Football. His football career is more important to him than getting involved with Famous Slu-ts who will do nothing but destroy him.

I have never seen a more DISRESPECTED team than the New England Patriots...it's the most bizarre phenomenon. I don't see any other team in History get this much disrespect.

So I ask the guy behind the counter(owner), who was talking with his Co-workers...maybe 2 people in the store besides me...So I ask how often his shipments come in and if they Custom Order for special requests. You know what this Jacka55 said to me followed by laughs from his co-butt buddies? He says, we really don't carry Patriots Jersies nor do we order them because they don't have any Superstars and nobody knows them. ........I can name 12 people right now that you should have on your shelf and in this store!. LOL

I was a PATS fan but I got to appreciate the Montanas, Kelly's, Marino's, Elway's and the success of their teams.,...why then is it so hard for people to see that Tom Brady will end up amongst those names?

If I go to a store and they have a Keyshawn Johnson jersey but they don't have a Richard Seymour jersey...something is wrong

I can pick and choose quotes to prove my point as well.

Dallas signed him for too much. Don't you get that?

I never said I know it all about football but "I" can recognize that Dallas signed Wiley for too much.

I don't care how many years they have been in the league, they play different positions so they aren't comparable. A DE takes alot more punishment than a CB does, so their NFL lifespan is different.

Why don't you make fun of the Seahawks re-signing Rouen as their punter, he has 11 years experience in the NFL.

Preach all you want about that Hass quote, it was just in good fun. He wasn't serious and trash talking, he was smiling and chuckled when he said it. It wasn't meant to be cocky or anything along those lines.

Mock me and the Seahawks all you want, you think I care what some two-bit hacks think? Its all the better when I get to rub it in your faces next year.

from CBS.sportsline.com under "GOOD JOB, MR EXECUTIVE"

http://www.sportsline.com/nfl/story/7210038

Bobby Taylor: Seattle got a starting cornerback for less than his former team was offering him. Taylor signed for less than $3 million per year on average and a $3 million signing bonus. Considering the man he's replacing, Shawn Springs, signed for a jaw-dropping $10 million up front, Taylor is a steal for Seattle.

Thank You and goodnight Ummmm...Which of us has the blinders on?

as for the Wiley argument its okay bro the Cowboys Defense was good without him and he will only make them better....

that makes me laugh, simply shows me how little I should value your opinion.
Here's where I answered the Troy Brown issue:
You're Right...Hines Ward deserves to be on that list before Troy Brown...but Brown and Smith were really just added options for the SuperBowl Fans...I never really expected the whole Forum to vote for Troy Brown.
Instead of Worrying about Troy Brown...Why don't you explain to the FOOTBALL WORLD how you have Itula Mili as a TE OPTION on your little POLL before you have Todd Heap, Shannon Sharpe, OR TONY FREAKIN GONZALEZ!!!!??? And you have the grapefruits to call me a Moron?

Answer me that....then I'll answer your BIG Troy Brown issue, even thought I already have
You tried so hard to weasel out of that one! Oh and who can forget your single greatest moment in Football Stupid Land...?

LOL

"Troy, do you hope to finish with the most Receptions and TD's this year?"

Troy: "No, I just want to win a Championship"

See...THAT's what it's all about...Not acting like clowns or watering lawns. You blame the receiver for running the wrong route? You say your QB was just having fun with his comments?

Well, it looks like you are the one missing the brains if you're gonna support players acting like goofballs before the end of a VERY SERIOUS GAME. Tell your QB to Crack his jokes during the victory celebration interview..not at the coin toss for OT in a NO TOMORROW situation. You deserve everything you suffered and so does your very mediocre football team.
