Season Loading Question

Hey everybody.....

I own Major League Baseball for the PSP. This may seem like a really silly or trivial question but I can load my VIP profile just fine but I cant figure out how to actually get back to playing the same season. It has my stats for the season I have played so far but when I go to season mode again it starts a new season...I cant seem to find where exactly it is I go to continue my previously saved season. Please help me!!! :confused:

i wish someone could answer your problem because I have the same problem. I can load my profile but cannot get the season schedule to appear so that I can play the next game. All the stats from the first game are there.

I am having the same problem getting back into my season. I played 5 games on Wednesday and saved it then yesterday I went back and could not get in again so I erased my season by accident. WTF

...have you created a gm/franchise career file to save to?

saving your VIP profile is completely separte from saving your gm/franchise career...saving your VIP profile saves stats from games played, exhibition and gm/franchise, but saving your VIP does not save your career.

once you select gm/franchise career and get your team all set up, you need to go back to the MY2k6 menu and select save/load...from there you need to select save career...I would suggest creatin and saving your career even before playing the first game.

before the first game starts, be sure to load your VIP profile on the team selection screen...play the game to completetion...at the end you will be asked to save your VIP profile...after saving you profile you can then select QUIT.

this should bring you back to the game schedule screen, where from there you should select the MY2k6 option on the left...Once you select that there should be another menu that opens up on the right side of your screen.

From there select save career...once you save your career, you may then power off...your VIP will automatically load the next time you turn on (at least with ps2).

at the main menu, select MY2k6 and then select save/load and then select load career.

after your career loads, it will return you to the season schedule page were you can select the next game to play.

Always, always, always save your gm/franchise career before turning off your console.
