Just like every other year... start off decent then just get tired as the year progresses and hit the wall by mid september and lose non-stop.... and im a die-hard bucco fan for years

Oliver Perez will be a huge factor in whether they have a good year or not. Personally I don't think he'll pitch as well as last year but he'll still have a great year. I expect his ERA to more around 3.50 or a little higher but that's still great. He should get a little more run support this year but it still wont be great. You guys have Craig Wilson and Jason Bay who might be able to hit over 30 homers each this season. Lawton was a nice addition who isn't really great at any one thing but will help with many things. Jack Wilson looked really good last year and the pitching isn't too bad. I think the Pirates will be a very competitive team but wont be a serious contender to make the playoffs. If they can add a few parts they may be a playoff contender next season though.
