And i dont mean to sound like a chump but i really dont think all you peeople who have problems with feilding issues and commentators saying the wrong things are going to be happy when this patch comes out. This patch is for the freezing issue ONLY nothing else. have you heard 2k sports address a problem with feilding i havent so maybe just figure out how to feild its really easy.

your right there is nothing wrong with the game it's the xbox360's hard drive cache that's causing the freezing, but on the other hand 2ksports should have made sure that it works on both systems, before releasing a game with such a huge bug in it that you can't even play the game. the way i see it is the game was rushed out the door because baseball season was already started, and maybe the mlb had pressure on them as well with this being the old licensed game.let's hope that 2k has learned a valuable lesson and test there games more thoroughly from this time on.

Well. Im waiting because Im not about to start a franchise only to have my game freeze 50 games into the season. Also Im hoping the patch helps make the game smoother in general because some people think the HHD isssue effects the framerates and other related things.


Also I was waiting for rosters anyway. Whats a few more days to make sure i have the game at optimal level before starting the season ?

Well I hope they have it soon. Its sad how they have handled this whole situation and how everyone has to wait for this patch.

Will this be easily downloaded without having the game in because I freeze when I try to go online with the game. It freezes at the point where all you have to do is click ok after the gamertag loaded so you can play others.

:) When I heard last Friday that the patch works if you have the pitching mode in Payoff I tried it out. Ever since I switched the pitching mode to Payoff I never had a freeze again and I already played 5 straight games without freezing.
