I'll say sorry in advance, I just traded in my old XBox and Ps2 and picked up a 360 with MLB yesterday, dont have much xbox live experience. I read that a new roster update came out about 2 days ago, but when I try to sign onto the XBox live through the MLB main menu (I'm assuming this is where I would update my rosters), it tells me the 2ksports service is unavailable.
It says, "the 2k sports service is temporarily unavailable. some online features will be unavailabe until you reconnect to the 2k sports service. you may try reconnecting from the xbox live menu."
then i get, "your online roster could not be validated by the 2k sports services so you will be unable to compete in online games at this time. visit 2ksports.com to check the current status of the 2k sports service. sorry for the inconvenience."
then it signs my out of my live profile and says i have to sign in again from the xbox live menu. i've gone back to my live menu and im logged into my correct account, with gold membership.
not sure what to do, im sure its just a step im forgetting, hopefully someone can help me out :confused:
