the only time my game freezes is when i try to go online, it makes it to downloading vip from 2k then the sound stops and i have to reset xbox. any ideas ?

My game freezes going into Xbox Live at the "Retreiving VIP Profile" message. I have not been able to get online since the first day I got the game. please help....

i heard somewhere that your username and gamertag shouldnt match , so i changed mine
and installed the patch. i have been back online and no trouble so far.
