Is the patch out yet

I was wondering if the patch has been put out yet. Anyone know? I am really looking forward to playing this game past the 5th inning, it has been fun up until then though, so I am excited about getting a whole game in. Any info that anyone can give me would be appreciated.

I haven't seen anything yet either.....checked last night when they said it would be available, and again today....nothing.....but do find it kinda ironic that they are hiring software developers and quality assurance positions....they might want to look into customer service and public relations positions.

I think that if the customer support was even a little better than what it is, it would have made this a more calmer expierence for us, the customer. I know I didn't pay 60 dollars for a game not to work and then not be given updates reqularly to keep me informed. I have enjoyed prior 2K titles., but this is neither enjoyable nor tollerable anymore. We deserve better treatment than this. Maybe we should do a boycot or something, I don't know. I have had better customer service when I was a minor trying to get a bum to buy me beer.
