free fantasy baseball on yahoo.

you draft a team of players from every team in the majors. and as the season goes along you face other teams in your league and the stats from your team go against the stats of the teams players. if you choose a head to head public league, there are ten stat categories.

batters: runs, hrs, rbi, steals and avg.
pitchers: wins, saves, k's, era and whip (walks+hits per inning)

all of the stats are figured out by yahoo, although sometimes they get a little messed up but they are best out there. the week goes from monday through sunday. theres a lot more but you can find that out for yourself. here is the link:

its a lot of fun. when you sign up you also have to have a Yahoo account which is free, but they will explain that on the site. good luck.

There is two different scoring: Rotto and H2H.. For baseball use Rotto. H2H should be only used for football.

Also, you can either draft your team on a certain date...Or pre-rank your players and have the computer draft for you.

And I will have to say Yahoo Fantasy Sports is the best FREE Fantasy Sports on the net...

Only problem with free leagues is that about half the players are inactive thoughout most of the season.
