As nice as that video is I can't help but notice that there are things in the game that NHL 2K6 already had.

Using the analog stick to control the players stick? Already in 2K6
Pressing a button to keep the player facing foward while still skating? NHL 2K6

There are a few others but they were minor at best. All in all, I'm not too impressed with NHL 07 except for the graphics...

I'll wait till the games enter stores, rent them both, then make a decision...

Look very, very good but I don't know if you have noticed in the shootout portion Ryan Smyth make maybe 5 or 6 circles pretty fast and he never move is legs to skate or keep speed and also when a player hit the goalie the goalie don't eaven move an inche, and I think they are talking about how real the game feels, that is already at least 2 things not very realistic right there.

 I noticed theres a 3rd Oilers jersy behind the goal over the right shoulder of goalie. Finally 2 different team supporters.

Just look in the crowds on the pics of 2K7 and you'll notice the same thing too (the pic with Jagr in Ottawa the home, visitor and the home jersey of the NY Rangers are in the picture).

Funny, I own both 2k6 and 06 and I don't remember fully controlling puck movement and shooting with the right analogue stick..

FUNNY!.
