After watching the in game videos of 2k7 I feel a little bit sick to my stomache. It's basically a polished version of 2k6.....well you can polish **** but it's still ****. I loved 2k6 and I play it all the time but it has serious flaws and after watching the video I realize that some of these flaws are still existent.

The goalies still dive WAY WAY WAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY WAY more than any goalie ever should......I think someone at 2k needs to realize that stacking the pads ALL THE TIME is not the best way to goaltend.

At the end of the Ottawa Aneheim video, the guy takes his player out of the corner, skates infront and does the same cheap goal that has plagued 2k6. Please 2K....don't tell me I have to put up with another season of cheap **** players doing that same damn goal everytime.

I really would not be suprised if the "shrug goal" hasn't been fixed for this game. I mean how in the hell did things get this bad.

And to anyone who says I am a "fanboy", they are way off. I loved 2k6 because it felt like hockey....but serious issues is really ruining this game

I can't play lobby games anymore becasue the same cheap ****s use the same moves all the time.

*shrug goal*, *I shoot*, *they goalie control and dive save EVERYTIME*, repeat for 60 min.....and I know everyone has played some **** like that so please 2k....don't **** this one up........even though it looks like you may already have.


P.S. A good thing I noticed is that the poke check is a bit quicker......but the players skating movements are retarded........no player ever skates that fast.

BWAAAHAHAHAH......I just watched the Rangers Wings game and seriously......who zig zags THAT FAST left and right.....I mean.....gah this is just serioualy ****ing me off because I was looking so forward to this game........I am still going to rent it first but EA I am buying the first day it's out.

ummm joe......where the hell did you get the idea I am trying to change your choice. What I did was voice my opinion on some key elements that I saw during early videos in hopes to get others to voice their opinions as well and spark a "conversation". I can slow that down for you a little bit if you want because your brain seems to think that everyones post on here is in someway ment to manipulate your decision.......try again.

Like you said, you can polish manure but it's still manure. I totally agree. The 2k series was my hockey series of choice but having won so many games without being credited for them, I lost interest in playing and especially in buying another 2k hockey game. It sucks too because I really liked what 2k did with Top Spin and Amped.

If some of you people are so ****y about what you've seen...Come back to the dark side! I spent a year over with NHL 2k6 360, the gameplay was awesome, too many glitches, exploits and bugs for me though....COME TO THE DARK SIDE!

I see you all bashing the game already and talking about going to EA for the hockey game. Well i got knews for you, i was one of the ones that bought NHL06 and it is the same thing as you guys are *****ing about. You can score on the same moves constantly and the golies still dive and stack the pads every save! So its up to you guys but im going to get 2K7 this year cuz its the same damn glitches as the other game!

The 360 game looks sweet for EA, but I am sure that the PS2 version will be crap, and it looks like 2k7 wont be much improved over last year. I like many people will wait for reviews to decided, if there isn't a clear winner I will probably get 2k7.

i dont like to listen to that much because my opinion is different then everyones! I will try both games and make the decision for my self. That is what matters, my opinion, and no one elses!

i have a friend who works in EA graphics dept, and he's giving me almost all 360 games for free. i will have EA NHL 2007 (my last one was 2002), im sure ill be blown away by the graphics. but im into real thing. dont really into graphics, but GAMEPLAY.
but if the ****ty shrug goal is present or any cheap goals for that matter, i will play ping-pong instead and not waste electricity to play a game that is not fun to play, where others can score same goal everytime.
