Seriously,
All My Games are Fine except 2k Sports Titles, My TV is Calibrated and within Overscan Limits..
But your Devs are PLacing the Overlays past the Safe Margins!!
Dont Be Suprised that most tvs will have the left side of the score and possibly the bottom get cut off..

Just a hair off, move the overlay over about 10px and up about 5px to the right problem solved..
