Just a few quick questions?

Well, since Ive seen the moderator around i thought id take the liberty to ask a few questions, hopefully they'll get answered. Now, first off, after seeing all those videos and images, hands on interview, its all good and im lovin how the game is tourning out. But what I wanted to know that has only been touched on briefly is exactly how much harder is it gonna be to dunk in the game? I know theres more collision animations near the basket but is the dunkfest completely gone or just semi-gone. In that on the spot video it kinda looked like lebron got in the lane too easily. Last thing, I just wanted to know if the servers online were gonna be better this year, the servers were terrible this year, for those of you who played online alot you know what im talking about.

Well, Rob Jones (gameplay manager of 2K7), has stated in an interview, that they want to make the dunking a more realistic figure like the NBA. Since no more than 5 or 7 dunks are usually performed in a game, he wants to get it to that level. He did admit that it was a huge issue, and practically on top of the agenda. Also, think about how much more exciting it will be with the 150 new dunks and it's difficulty in getting dunks through. It would greatly increase the replay value and make the dunks more exciting when they happen.

Anyways, you must of had a PS2, because on my Xbox and 360, I didn't have many problems with the servers.

Yeah, that would be real good if they could get it down to that level, dunks would be so much more exciting. And about the servers, I have a 360 and cable internet and many people that I played with also told me they had the same problems. Come one, your telling me that you never got some of your games dropped, or not counted at all. I know you got the "Network conditions etc, etc" especially in leagues.

I have had Xbox Live sign out at the end of the game, basically not allowing me to give feedback afterwards. However, I've had no drops and all of my games have counted. I do get a buggy drop when accessing the lobby that makes me reset the system though, However, the majority of my games in gameplay run smoothly. I don't think it's a server issue, but maybe a bug in the game itself, as it seems. I had NO problems on the Xbox.

Something is wrong with the servers. The Ping rating sucks. I get less lag when my ping rating is low but I get more disconnects. That makes no sense.

Gets annoying doesnt it? But im sure 2k will fix them when 2k7 comes out.:thumbsup:
