ARe they going to port this game again this year, with improved graphics?? If so, there is no reason for the $40 price increase over the xbox version......

For the last time, THEY PROGRAMED FOR THE 360 AND PORTED DOWN!!!!!!!. Thats why the older systems had so much better gameplay from the year before.

Well, when a game gets ported down there are certain elements that need to be taken out to allow a game to run on a system with less power. This is usually related to graphics but can also be related to things like AI.

As a person who has yet to purchase a 360 I am pleased that 2Ksports has decided to include a Xbox and PS2 option. I am also pleased to see the price point being 20 bucks. I'm sure that 2K has a reason for the low price point on the current generation systems. Maybe they are so confident that the 360's improved graphics are so impressive that if you have the option you will go with the 360 even at the higher price point.

Another possibility is that 2k is still trying to build some interest (with the lower price point) in 2k's college basketball game on the current generation systems. These are the only systems that currently have a competitor in the college basketball field**. The more people you can get on your bandwagon before they switch to a new system the better.

Anyway, that's just my 2 cents . . .

**At least I don't think any other company is releasing a next gen college basketball game.

huh? Have you taken a look at the feature set? Some of these items are exclusive to the next-gen version of the game...

I'll come up with a list of the differences between the versions... apart from the obvious things like graphics.
