The PS3 has a limited release, and the Wii is not going to be snagged up by fans like us. Im giving PS3 a couple years to come down in price and Wii A couple years to see if the control is a gimick like most their Ideas and if they get much support from developers.

I don't think their controller is gonna be a gimmick. What ideas of theirs were gimmicks? I hope the Wii game are half as fun as some of the games on Nintendo DS that make good use of the touch screen. The Madden controls look like they're gonna be great if they are responsive enough.

Anyway, back on topic, don't expect many updates for College Hoops 2k7. If 2k6 was any indication, all we'll get is a few screenshots and very few details on the new features. But that won't be for a while. All you can do is sit back and hope they read the complaints from 2k6 and improved them. I was happy with 2k6 and am expecting as much improvement this year.

EDIT: I didn't realize they already listed the new features on the College Hoops 2k7 website. Wow, maybe we will get updates this year.

The college game tends to not get as much love as the NBA game every year. People really don't get up for college hoops until March.

I personally love the college game more; players play harder and with more passion

It's comin out Oct. 3 according to the Game Informer mag i just got (through subscription) two days ago.

Ebgames is saying 11/20. Last year the game was being advertised to come out a couple of weeks after the NBA game which was not the case.

That 11/20 date they have is because it's launching with the PS3, I believe.

The PS2 version, and probably 360 version HAVE to be out before that.

I always thought the college game was always out a week or 2 after the NBA game.

Oct 3 sounds about right......will be a nice birthday present for me.

I highly doubt it's coming out Oct 3rd because that's this tuesday. There's been no previews or anything. Plus College Hoops has always came out in November. NBA used to be an October release, but due to the companies trying to get a head start, it just keeps moving up and up. I wouldn't be surprised if NBA 2K8 dropped in August next year lol.
