Every coach has his own style. What is yours?

I like to put pressure on the ball from end-to-end. I run the 1-2-1-1 after made baskets and man-to-man once the ball crosses half-court; I also like to run alot of traps.

My offense depends on the players I have. I run all my plays through my best offensive player(s).

man i dunno, Im not a basketball genius when it comes to plays and stuff. But i know i dont press and if I do it half court press. So the pressure doesnt come until he passes the halfcourt. And then i run somethng like ofcourse man to man sometimes and also like 1-2-2.

To run my style-of-ball you have to have some speed. If not the big dogs will give you some problems and get some easy baskets.

1-2-1-1 press is a great press to run we won plenty of aau games running that

umm i run basically man-to-man. Sometimes run a half court trap after the first pass, and if i am undersized or against a way better team i will run a 2-3 zone.

I feel ya, I hate zones but if I'm undersized I will run one.

straight up man to man press and fast break. I pick a start out school with fast guards and good defensive forwards and centers. I also recruit like this, but I have some exceptions.

Yeah, I feel ya. It's a must to have some speedy guards when you pressure the ball from end-to-end and like you said you have to have that low post D for insurance.
