That would be awesome if Stevens did play...but he will not.

"Don't ask me!" Devils coach Pat Burns said Sunday about Stevens' status for Monday night's game against the Flyers at the Continental Airlines Arena. "I don't know."

My prediction is that Stevens will not return and that NJ will be swept.
The Devils finally seem to realize that he isn't coming back and are going to try to win it without him.
Sadly, it just won't happen.

Wow...I'm surprised NJ actually won. 4-2
(And without Stevens) :shock: :shock:
Overall they played pretty good.
Though only one person was physical, and that was Colin White.
All Philly had to do was shut down the EGG Line and they would
have won.
That must change if NJ is going to win again; Friesen, Madden,
and Brylin need to start scoring some goals.
But all that aside the Devils won and Elias, Gomez, and Gionta had
a very good game.

If Scott Stevens returns the Devils should have no problem winning the series.
But thats still IF he returns.
