ISOMOTION!

Is there any videos or anything of what this ISOMOTION is?? do u use the Right analog stick? Becuz if its a lot like the Live Freestyle Control then that will be awesome. Becuz the Freestyle control was the best part of that game. Thanks!

Yah MAN I JUST LOOKED AT THE SCREENSHOTS OF ESPN NBA BASKETBALL!! HOLY ****!!! ITS BEAUTIFUL!! The graphics are amazing. Im sorry for all the times I said NBA Live looked better but Last year NBA live looked better i thought. But Damn this year those graphics are great. :lol: I think ESPN has done a great job with this years basketball games. But hey Ludacris so on ISOMOTION since i hear u have played it before. Do u use the Right Analog Stick?? and is it basically the same thing as Freestyle Control?? or u cant connet all ur moves and things?? Thanks Ludacris

dude...there what u do is you hold down the crossover button and then move the right analog stick...and you can do a combo of things, its really cool

You hold "O" on the controller and move the analog stick rihgt to use a crossover to the right, move the analog stick to the left to use a crossover to the left, and move the analog stick back to step back to start over or to shoot the open J after you rocked your opponet. Theres only 3 moves on isomotion on the demo and there was no defensive isomotion to couter the cossovers also.

in the real game when it comes out there will be a lot more isomotion moves i'm pretty sure and i know there are quite a few counter isomotion moves on defense...

Here's my one big knock on this ISOMOTION. It shouldn't be the "O" button and the right analog stick. Holding the "O" and trying to mess with right analog stick is akward and not ideal. I think I'm gonna change the juke button to R2 or sumthin, so then I can hold the button with my index finger and mess with the right analog stick with my thumb. It makes more sense to me. I don't know I may be retarded, but it does.

You use the left analog with the "O" button (B on Xbox), not the Right analog.

Isomotion is fine the way it is...

If you used the right analog stick, you can't freestyle dribble the way you do when you hold down O... Using the right analog stick is just a bad idea..

I like O... it's the way to go.

actually you are wrong...it would be useless if the right analog functioned with isomotion...you hold down "o" and press the LEFT analog...yes the one you move with...to perform the crossovers...now...doesnt that make more sense

Have you played the demo....?
(Keep in mind that the left analog is on the LEFT side of the controller)
That's the only analog that works for dribble moves... and right only passes...

Actually on ign they interviewed the producer for the game and he said that isomotion will use the right stick on both systems AND a combination of button presses so all of you are right.

It's O+left analog stick, or at least in the demo it is.

For some reason I doubt they're going to completely change the controls between the demo and the final release.

***by the way, it makes total sense how it is. Crossover is O to begin with, so iso-motion should be O too :)

holding the circle button down and moving the right analog stick? how does that work? that means i'd have to use the left finger and take my finger off the left analog stick?

i'm really worried about the control layout on the xbox. i thought last year's layout was SH*T. Having to press triangle for the icon passing to come up is ***, should have been a shoulder button, and since xbox only has two shoulder buttons, i doubt they will have room for the isomotion, if they put isomoition on one of the hard-to-reach buttons like black or white, it's practically useless. how the hell can anyone HOLD one of those button and still move the right analog? they'll need two thumbs on the right hand.
