2K Sports, when do you finalize the rosters for the teams? I was just added as a freshman to the UC Davis roster last week. I was wonderin if I would make it into the videogame? Damn, that would be crazy to play as myself. Somethin' as a kid I always had in my future goals.

I doubt you'll be on the game. The rosters are usually finalized earlier than this. But hey I could be wrong. That is my goal to achieve because then you can always say you were once on a video game. Being on the game would give me a lot of satisfaction.

Because there was a transition period for walk-ons. I wasn't officially added to the roster until recently.

But thx to everyone else for the responses, that would really suck if I wasnt on there tho. O well, we'll jus have to wait and see.

I think it's a slim chance you might be in. Nothing like play as yourself in a video game.

Didn't think about the walk-on part. I never walked on before so I didn't think about that. I agree with lawcutta, I highly doubt they are doing anything with rosters this late in the production process.

Actually there's a good chance he may be in the game. I remember when I was staying on campus at ODU, my boy who lived across the hall walked on to the ODU team. He was on college hoops 2K3 (although that had him as a white guy, at least a player with his jersey number was listed lol)

i dont remember there being roster updates for choops last year... does anyone know if they do update rosters and players ratings during the year?

The best way to get accurate rosters (with names) is by getting the data transfer kit, go to 360gamesaves.com and transfer the roster file to your memory card when that file is available. I did it with NCAA Football '07 before I traded it in. They even mentioned all of the names as well. Even the hard ones like Jeff Samardzija. These games have all of the names already programmed into the game but they'll mix and match the first and last names when you use the "create player name" option. For example you may see something like Mike Samardzija.
