I wonder if we will get to pick our on walkons this year. I hate when the computer places some random bums on my team. I want to pick my own bums.

My bad! I wasn't calling all walkons bums, I was just saying give us the option to pick our own walkons. lol
I used the word bums because that's what the computer gave me most of the time. Basically I was saying, if I'm going to have a bum, let me pick my own.

Yea i know what you mean i want to pick my walk ons to, because they do give you guyz under 55.

They could at least give us a good walk on every once in a while.

I wish they'd let you recruit players as walkons, like what happens in real life. If you're out of scholarships you could still convince a kid to walk on.

When I used to play, there would still be some 3 star, 4 star players still left unsigned after the conclusion of the signing period.
It would be a good idea to let you choose your own walkons to prevent those unsigned players from never being heard of again.

I agree, that's why I made this thread. If we get to pick our own walkons we might find a gem here-and-there. Also we know what we need better than the computer. A big part of me building my career team is finding my weaknesses and trying to fix them.

I agree but when I get walk ons I always cut them because I notice that raises the amount of interest my recuits has in my school

LOL, they don't have to be future NBA players, at least ratings better than 60.

Well, the 58 walk ons I get are actually usually better then some of the crap freshmen I have at low schools (not calling anyone crap, I mean that they make those freshmen crap)

That is true. In CH2k6 I had some good PF/C walkons.
Nothing like landing two seven-foot walkons that can give you some good minutes.
