Now i don't want to start any rumors or whatever but if you go to bestbuy.com you will see that the game is out and you dont have to pre-order it? Now i havent gone to best buy today...i am in an hour or so but i was wondering if this is just a screw up on theri part? i thought the game was coming out nov 20th but i dont know...ill go and ill get back to you guys about it.

It says it's "backordered". So, basically, they can say that it's out and people will order from them.

ya i just got back...they said that it is backordered and they will release the game when they get it so basically the 20th or 21st kinda sucks but hey whatever

I think it is just a mistake in their computer, because why would best buy be getting it earlier than some place like gamestop?

Talked to someone at Best Buy and they said that it is either a typo on the website or the original release date was 11/02 and it has been pushed back to 11/20. The guy told me that on all cd's, video games and stuff like that, it goes to all the stores on the same day, so if everyone else says 11/20, then it won't be at Best Buy until 11/20.

11/20 is the shipping day, ch2k7 wont be on shelfs till the 21st

Actually, what they are doing is just trying to get the orders in early. They say it's in stock, yet have a shipping date of 2-3 weeks....around the time when the game is released. SO, they get the "pre-sale" orders from people that don't know any better and lock in the money for the games. It's actually quite smart and quite common in the online sales world.
