Now check this out. I went to another Game stop and tired to pre-order and they told me that the game is not even in their system. Then the guy tell me that the game is in the system for XBox 360. It looks like the game will NOT be on XBox or PS2 and that really sucks if that is the truth. March Madness is coming out in Feb though. I guess I will have to settle for that.

Look I want the game to come out as much as the next guy. I don't have a 360. With being said don't take my word. Call Gamestop and ask about a PS2 College 2k6 and they will tell you they don't have it. Then ask for the Xbox 360 version and they will tell you it comes on on the 21 of Novemeber. Maybe they have a different release date or something...
Can someone please prove me wrong. I want this game!

On EB's website it says the game ships 11/20/06, and on this website in the college hoops section it list the things that will be on the PS2.

I'm sorry to seem insensitive to current gen owners, but why bother buying any more sports games? I remember I was still playing PS1 when the PS2 dropped. I kept playing Live 2000 until I finally copped a PS2 in late 2001.Live 2000 was already 2 years old by that time.

Because $600+ is a LOT of money, especially considering that many young people don't have the money to spend. I'm going to college this year, and seing that I need financial aid, it make little sense to spend that much money on a game.
