I got that Snoop and Jay-Z already. Jay lost his fire. The album is ok, nothing special. I feel like he made this album in between trips to France, touring and working at Def Jam. He wasn't fully focused and it seem rushed.

I listened to "LAX"feat. Ice Cube and its not bad. It has a part from going back to cali in it. I downloaded the song cause its an ok song and Ice Cube is a rapper i like.

I thought he had some profound lyrics on this one. The prelude is the setting for it all. Some songs do seem rushed, at times, but there are others that really come from the heart.

I usually would download a lot of the songs from there albums but these albums dont seem that good. Kingdom Come seems like it was rushed. Jay-Z could have spent more time and came up with a few better songs. Snoop Dogg's album is ok but i dont like all of the songs. I like West Coast Rap but Snoops Style is different so not every track i liked. So far on Tha Blue Carpet i like LAX,Thats That Sh**, and maybe one other song. Kingdom Come is good song that Jay-Z made. Theres only a few songs on there i like and thats one of them.
Pac's album isnt that good except for Untouchable.

Jay can still spit, I just feel like he don't have a lot of time to really sit down and give it 100%. I plan on buying the official copy this week.

Tha Blue Carpet Treatment is not what I expected. I was hoping Snoop could do something with this album, but it’s nothing but average. “Vato” is nice, so is “Imagine”, just like most Dre and Snoop collaborations, and "LAX" is ok. This album is nothing special, I might but a few songs off it but I’ll save my money and buy something else…

I want to offer a word of advice to some of u.
Listen to an album at least 3 times all the way through before making a judgement.
I bought the Red Hot Chili Peppers who are my fav bands double disc Stadium Arcadium when it came out.
After 2 listens I only liked about 6 of the 28 songs.
After 5 listens I loved Every single track.
Sometimes it just takes multiple listens to hear everything and relate to whats goin on.
So listen at least 4 or 5 times all the way through before forming a concrete opinion.
Most of my fav albums of all time, were albums I didnt care much for the first couple listens.
sometimes truly great and complex music takes some time to digest.

I know once i listen to these albums a few more times ill decide weather i like the albums or not. I remember when Busta's album "The Big Bang" came out i hated it then after a while i liked it but now i dont like the album anymore cause the replay value sucked IMO.

Well Lupe Fiasco said Snoop's album was the best ablum he bought this year, that and a Jeezy mixtape.
As for me I still havent heard Snoop's album but as far as Kingdome Come pretty much on par with what I expected, just average.

This is a good album if you like West Coast Rap/Hip-Hop. It may take a few listens to like the album but its good.
My Review:
Intro: Its an ok intro. Sets a little tone for a good album: 7/10
Think About it: Nice track, I like the rhythm and what he is saying in the song: 8/10
Crazy: Nate Dogg always makes a big hit song with Snoop and this is no different: 8.5/10
Vato: This reminds me of 90's West Coast Rap solid track: 9/10
Thats That Sh**: Great song and im loving the beat. One of my favs: 9/10
Candy: Good appearances by E-40 and Kurupt but i dont like this track too much but its good: 8/10
Get A Light: Love Damien Marley's appearance in this track. The beat is cool and is another Fav of mine on this album: 9/10
GangBangin 101: Dont really like this track. The Beat isnt my style and The Game's appearance isnt that big too me: 6.5/10
Boss's Life: Its a ok track and Akon's appearance is ok: 7.5/10
LAX: Great track, I love the "goin back to cali" clip and Ice Cube is featured on this track: 9/10
10 Lil Crips: Solid track havent listened to this track much but its ok: 7.5/10
Round Here: Reminds me of Stan by Eminem solid track: 8/10
A Bit** I Knew: Dont like this track much but its ok: 6/10
Like This: Not bad of a track need to listen to this track more: 8/10
Which One Of You: Like this track and im liking the beat: 8.5/10
I Wanna Love/Fck You: I hate this track because it gets on my nerves but i guess its ok:7/10
Psst!: Like some of his lyrics on this track and the beat is tight. Jamie Foxx's appearance is ok: 9/10
Beat Up On Yo Pads: Love the beat and the point of this song. He talks about kids and toughening up for the NFL of something like that: 9/10
Dont Stop: Dont like this track much after the 1st few listens i wasnt feeling it: 7/10
Imagine: Great track, It talks about what if Snoop never came and a bunch of things. It also says that God will always be there for you when times are rough. Dre's appearance is nice: 9/10
Conversations: Not bad of a track but it tells you talk to God: 8/10
Overrall Score: 9/10 One of the Best Albums if not the best one this year!

I just downloaded Tha Blue Carpet Treatment and I'm in the middle of "Think About Out". His flow is insane and I can't get enough of this beat. The whole vibe of this song is great. I hope the rest of the album continues to sound like this.

I'm kinda late but I just now downloaded Tha Blue Carpet Treatment and I must say that its way better than I thought it would be. I like pretty much every track. Very good production on here. Snoop is on point on this one. Ain't quite a classic but its solid.
