Sure, you can sue pretty much anyone for anything. Can you win? I doubt it. But keep us posted!

I dunno, if a woman can sue McDonald's for burning herself with her coffee while putting on make-up driving on an L.A. freeway then he may have a chance.....

lets hope you don't sue and mess up something that many people enjoy. However in a egocentric world i do understand that is a bit much to hope for.

Only if I can sue you for being a dumba.ss. Shut the hell up.

BTW, McDonalds appealed the coffee case and it was overturned. People have the impression that you can sue for anything, but as someone who did sue for a legitimate reason due to a car crash I can tell you that lawsuits for the average people are not automatic. It takes a lot of patience as even the simplest law suit may take 2 years or more, and neither judges nor juries dole out money the way people think they will. If someone really sued for this he would be laughed out of court. Actually, no lawyer would take the case so it would never even get close to court. Most of the time when people sue a company it is a class-action suit, and the lawyers get most of the money from that if they win.

The core issue for any lawsuit is damages. What would your damages be in buying a game that was in some minute way different from what you thought it was? Mental anguish? Please. A judge would NEVER buy a load of horsesh*t like that. At most you could get maybe the price of the game back. So you could waste your own time and some attorney's for a couple of years for 60 bucks, or if you really don't like the game you could sell it back on EBAY or at a Gamestop, count your losses an move on.

heres why you cant sue it says HALL OF FAME players but.,..it doesnt say NFL HALL OF FAME. they are refering to APL HALL OF FAME players. APL - All-pro league hall of famers which means anyone who they put in the game that is real.

agreed, if there is no trademark on the words "Hall of Fame" then just because you imply that they mean NFL hall of fame, doesn't mean that IS what they really mean. Hmmm
