You are such an Iverson homer / apologist that it is not even funny. Iverson went to Memphis not because it was a championship caliber team but because they were one of the few teams who would even consider signing him.
Why didn't other teams want to sign him?

Q. Do you understand what Hollins is trying to do by gradually bringing you along?
Iverson: I understand what he's doing. But he's seen the things I've done. He knows I've never come off the bench in my whole career. He knows that's not something I'm accustomed to. He knows that's not something I would want to do. ...Everybody knows that's not something I want to do.
And I know people are watching my every move and watching to see if I'm sitting over there pouting. My son is at home watching the same thing.
I don't want to be the guy who is a distraction to this squad but everybody knows I'd be fake if I said, 'Yeah, I'm so happy with everything that's going on.' It would just be too fake so I wouldn't even play that game.

EVERYBODY knows, that's why I told you last year before the off-season that teams like Orlando, San Antonio etc would not touch him with a 1000 foot pole. Of course you along with other Iverson apologists wanted to have us believe that Iverson was willing to come off the bench in order to win a championship, and he was willing to take a reduced role. The reason no contenders, and even no middle of the pack teams went after him was because he wanted to start. Memphis was the only team he found where there was a possibility of a starting role for him.
Iverson really needs to come back to reality if he thinks Memphis was the place to go to win a championship. Also the Grizzlies problem isn't even their offense, their offensive is fine, but their defense is atrocious.
