Man, I just can't take this game anymore, been playing too long and the inconsistencies and the simple errors in the games programming are driving me off the wall.
I will not be in next season and I doubt if I return after that, at the very least I need a long break.

I really don't wanna play out this season as it seems every time I play this game, even in the wins I end up with quite a big of anger, I'll try to play but IDK anymore. Just need to put the controller down for a while.

Oh and true please do not offer any advice, I will just read at as you saying it in a condescending way (just the way you string words together most of the time it seems you are condescending to other people, so please stay out of it).
Thank you.

Clutch, yes I agree. Rocket Arm b/c I've heard reports about his arm being bigger than his brother's. Leadership b/c he has this group of previously unheralded WR's playing BIG... I hear people say he's a quiet leader... he applies the things Peyton does, but just differently. Now if it's the coaches or something that have this unexpectedly great WR play for the Giants, then hey let me know...

With the idea of the two runningbacks in mind, I'll post the next Giants build in a moment...

Ok, the latest build:

2009 New York Giants

GOLD
DE Osi Umenyiora - Pass Rush Bonus, Speed Burner, Quick Feet, Rip, Ball Strip
DE Justin Tuck - Sack Master, Reach Tackle, Run Coverage, Strength, Rip

SILVER
QB - Eli Manning - Leadership?, Rocket Arm?
WR - Steve Smith - Quick Feet, Possession Receiver (seems to best describe him from my reading)
MLB - Antonio Pierce - Leadership, Run Coverage

BRONZE
G - Chris Snee - Stonewall
RB - Ahmad Bradshaw - Cutback or Quick Feet (I swear I'm not trying to 'use' Quick Feet, but this appears to be a defining characteristic of several of the Giants players!!!)
RB - *Big* Brandon Jacobs - Strength
WR - Mario Manningham - Quick Feet (From what I've read, the best I can tell is this guy's most defining attributes are his quickness & elusiveness)
DT - Fred Robbins - Bull Rush
C - Shaun O'Hara - Bulldozer - (2009 Pro-Bowl alternate, I'm pretty sure Guav loves this choice)

OMG - this team has 5 linemen... a Guava-meister's paradise!
Off to bed now!

LordComet, are you using the Jets next season as I am thinking of using them if you are not? Obviously, you have first call.

Nice post about abilities Eb. Most of us, me included, have at one time or another, selected abilities that are not the most representative of a certain player. Abilities such as Quick Feet, Clutch, BAB, Leadership and Laser Arm are the most abused.

Maybe there's a case for some players having no abilities, like Justin Fargas a couple of seasons ago. Some players are deserving of being made on a team, but have no defining attribute. Some gold players may only have three or four defining attributes.

An example would be my Jay Cutler this season, he is gold on the Bears which is fair enough, and the attributes he has are Rocket Arm, Scrambler, Play Fake, Leadership and Quick Feet. In all honesty is he known for his agility, play action passing or game or locker room leadership? No, not at all. However, as a gold player with scrambler and rocket arm he's still going to be a stud.

There are maybe six or seven clutch players in the league, everyone knows who there are, and in all honesty how many Laser Arm QBs in the NFL are there? Two? Three?

My take on team builds already posted.
1. Is Matt Ryan really a clutch player in this stage of his career (performance in big games/playoffs), and has he Quick Feet (top notch agility for his position)?
2. No offensive linemen on the Titans build, is this realisitic?
3. Vince Young, laser arm? His defining attribute or characteristic of his play?
4. Eli Manning, leadership and rocket arm? Clutch and Pocket Presence may be more accurate?

When I post my team please feel free to tear me a new one!

Cool... I just want to get the Giants team accurate. I changed Manning's attributes above. I wish I could make that 3rd receiver!!!

By no means am trying to offend anyone about their team builds...
But Corey Webster should at least be a Bronze with Coverage. Maybe in place of one of those linemen ?
Just a suggestion
